Only supplying meat from animals that have lived their lives on our farm has some limitations, and this is one of them..

We have processed the bulk of last season’s lambs, and while there are still some nearing maturity there are not enough to provide a consistent weekly supply.

We will have lamb for the next two weeks, then none for the month after that, then (hopefully) a consistent supply for two months after that.

The takeaway is that lamb is available now and hopefully, but not definitely later!
