Where and when do you deliver?
We use a refrigerated courier to deliver right across Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
Your order leaves our farm on Sunday evening and will arrive at your door on Tuesday.
When do I need to place my order?
The cut off time is Friday 10 am.
How much does it cost?
We have a flat delivery fee of $30 and free delivery on all orders over $300.
How will my order be packed?
We pack everything in wool-lined insulted packaging, a highly effective insulator and a lot friendlier to our planet than polystyrene. Your meat will stay nice and cool for 6-12 hours but the sooner you can get it into the fridge the better.
How does the delivery process work?
Our agreement with the Sydney-based courier requires authority to leave as standard so you do need to be comfortable with us leaving your delivery at your door in case you are not home.
Can you reuse the delivery packaging?
Unfortunately not. We have not found any practical way to have the packaging returned to us.
We recommend recycling the box, reusing the ice packs and composting the wool liner (after removing the plastic covering).
