Lamb Shanks

Once one of the most maligned of cuts, shanks are finally receiving the attention they have always deserved. Fabulous in a casserole but you should never forget the joy a roasted shank can bring!

Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.
