Lamb Rack

The rack is the flagship of the lamb for a reason. Can be cooked as a classic roast, or low and slow before slicing and finishing on the barbeque for a truly special cutlet.

Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.
