Half Lamb

A lamb, split down the middle, giving you a selection of everything lamb at the best price we offer.

Standard offering includes (~ 7.5 kg):

• 1 x rack
• 1 x loin chops or cutlets
• 1 x rump steaks or roast
• 2 x roasts (leg or shoulder)
• 1 x shanks 
• 1 x neck chops or belly
• 4 x lamb mince or merguez sausages 

With our packs we may substitute if we are out of a particular product in the week that you order. If that does not work for you please let us know when you order but note that you may have to wait an extra week.
