Lamb Mince

The golden rule of mince applies to lamb too. Never mince anything that would not be delicious on its own.

Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.
