Lamb Rump Roast

Not as large, not as common as the classic leg roast but (dare we say) a little more tender and a little more flavoursome.

Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.
