Cut from the shoulder so not as tender as our loin chops but arguably more flavourful and inarguably more versatile.

Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.
