Quarter of Pork

Steaks from the loin, roasts from the shoulder and mince and sausages from everywhere.

Standard offering includes (~ 9 kg):

• 1 x loin medallions or cutlets
• 1 x scotch fillet steaks or schnitzels
• 1 x ribs 
• 2 x roasts (shoulder, neck, leg or belly)
• 2 x diced or strips
• 4 x pork mince
• 4 x pork sausages (pork & fennel or toulouse)

With our packs we may substitute if we are out of a particular product in the week that you order. If that does not work for you please let us know when you order but note that you may have to wait an extra week.
