We have processed ewes between 30 and 40 months, split the end result into two packs per ewe and taken 10% of the total price.

#2401 second half: cutlets, chops, rump steaks, forequarter chops, leg (bone out and in), shanks, belly, mince (~ 12.5 kg)

#2408 first half: cutlets, chops, tenderloin, shoulder (bone in and out), leg (bone in and out), belly, neck chops, mince (~ 10.9 kg)
