Sixteenth of Beef

Steaks for grilling, secondary cuts cooking low and slow and mince for whatever you choose.

Standard offering includes (~ 9 kg):

• 1 x eye fillet, scotch fillet or porterhouse packs
• 1 x rump, rump eye or minute packs
• 1 x chuck or brisket
• 1 x ribs or osso bucco
• 4 x strips or diced
  
• 4 x beef mince
  
• 4 x fatty beef mince or beef sausages

With our packs we may substitute if we are out of a particular product in the week that you order. If that does not work for you please let us know when you order but note that you may have to wait an extra week.
