    We deliver from our farm to your door across Canberra, Young and surrounds every Saturday and to into the Sydney region every Tuesday.

    Or you can always find us every Saturday morning at the Capital Region Farmers' Markets at EPIC at Stall 152-153.

     

    Deliveries to Canberra and Young

    Where and when do you deliver?

    We deliver across Canberra including Wamboin, Queanbeyan, Googong, Murrumbateman, Yass and Binalong every Saturday.

    For our local area we deliver to Young, Boorowa and Murringo every Saturday or Monday (depending on that week's schedule).

    When do I need to place my order?

    The cut off time is Friday 10 am.

    How much does it cost?

    We have a flat delivery fee of $10 and free delivery on all orders over $150.

    How does the delivery process work?

    You do need to be comfortable with us leaving your delivery at your door in case you are not home. Of course, if you have a special spot you would like us to drop it leave a note when you place your order.

    How will my order be packed?

    We pack everything in wool-lined insulted packaging, a highly effective insulator and a lot friendlier to our planet than polystyrene. Your meat will stay nice and cool for at least 24 hours but the sooner you can get it into the fridge the better.

    Please help us to reuse the packaging!

    Our goal is to sequester as much carbon in the soil as possible so we do not want to add to the carbon already in the atmosphere. We like to reuse our packaging as much as physically possible because one older box makes a lot more sense than five shiny, new boxes.

    So please leave any boxes and ice bricks from previous orders outside so we can pick them up, dust them off and use them again.

     

    Deliveries to Sydney

    Where and when do you deliver? 

    Sydney is a bit further than Canberra (with a bit more traffic..) so we use a refrigerated courier for all of our deliveries into Sydney.

    Your order will arrive at your door on Tuesday.

    When do I need to place my order?

    The cut off time for Sydney is also Friday 10 am.

    How much does it cost?

    We have a flat delivery fee of $30 and free delivery on all orders over $300.

    The more boxes we send to Sydney the less each box costs, which is why we are (not so subtly) encouraging large orders to keep it financially viable for us. We hope this is not prohibitive for you but please contact us at contact@boxgumgrazing.com.au if you have any concerns or queries.

    How does the delivery process work?

    Our agreement with the Sydney-based courier requires authority to leave as standard so you do need to be comfortable with us leaving your delivery at your door in case you are not home. 

    How will my order be packed?

    We pack everything in the same wool-lined insulted packaging we use for all our deliveries, but with extra ice packs because of the greater distance and time.

    We cannot pickup your used packaging yet... 

    The logistics of getting the packaging back to the farm and proving challenging but we are working on it! And throwing it out there, if you have an idea you think would work we would love to hear it!

     

    Pickup

    Order ahead and we will have your meat ready and waiting for you. There is no fee for this, but orders must be in by Friday 10 am so we have time to do our thing.
